Dinner

Tonight I made...

Japanese pork katsu curry (with baby carrots & red skin baby potatoes) & rice
and B. made the miso salad with corn & croutons and cut the carrots for the curry.

DEEE-lish! :)

Lunch: I mad Korean BBQ short ribs & bulgolgi with a fried egg, Asian salad style cucumbers, and rice.

I'm stuffed.
