This is my irky word of the...I don't know how long, but a VERY long time!
I really get annoyed how people create online photo albums and dub them as "Candids" and fill it with photos they take of themselves or with friends that are "non-photoshoot" quality. Those are not CANDID photos!!

If you are looking at the camera, smiling for it, posing for it, or whatever, it is NOT a candid photo!
A candid photo is a photo that someone takes of you slippin', not paying attention, or one that you take of someone else who is unsuspecting! Anyone remember watching a show called "Candid Camera"? "Smile! You're on candid camera!" The show where unsuspecting people were captured by surprise in miscellaneous acts? Yeah. There's the word in context.
*breathe* Ok, had to get that off my chest. Yes, I am a "hater" of these people who don't use their brains to use WORDS correctly.
