I've been hearing a lot about the P90X system lately from TV to friends who are actually on the program. Apparently it's really good! I hope to be getting my own copy soon so I can trim & tone up!
In the meantime, I found and loaded the Ab Ripper X video to my iPod. Previewing it, it looks crazy! I hope it works so that I can achieve the rockhard washboard abs I've always wanted!
